Department of Quality Assurance has been started in 2008. Department is continuously involved in different research and academic activities. Till date  198 students have completed their M. Pharm from the department. Presently 15 M. Pharm students are studying and working on different Projects like Analytical Method Development, Quality by Design, Phytoformulation, Formulation Development, Reverse engineering etc.

Faculty member of the department includes Dr. Jaiprakash N. Sangshetti, Dr. Rana Zainuddin, Dr.Furquan Khan, Mr Sarfaraz Khan, Ms.Barawaz Aateka.

Five students have been completed PhD from the department and  15 students are registered for PhD. Faculties of the   department have received  a research grant of  Rs. 84 Lakhs  from different funding agencies like  UGC, DST-SERB and AICTE.

Faculties of the department have filed 7 patents out of which two patents have been granted. Faculties and students of the department have received many awards and recognitions of national and international repute. They have published more than 320 research papers in International journals.

All the teaching Staff and   M. Pharm Students of the Department have been actively participated & Presented their work in different National  and International Conferences. Department is   equipped with different Instruments like Parallel synthesizer,Rotary Shaker, Rotary Vaccum Evaporator etc
